Payments
You may still find that, even though your payment failed, a pending charge is still visible on your account. Don't worry, this is simply an authorization to check validity of the provided payment information. This pending authorization will generally fall off within 24-48 hours. Should you notice that the charge does not disappear, please contact your bank first to ensure that the payment has actually gone through. If it has, you can feel free to contact us directly and we can check things on our end!
Returns

Shipping

Thanks to our special shipping methods, we are able to ship anywhere in the world. Pricing and shipping times will vary depending on your location.
Shipping times are variable depending on location. Our warehouse is located on the West Coast, USA, in California. Order processing can take up to 2 business days, with some additional days added during holiday times. Nobori Connection observes all major US holidays and it should be expected that there will be delays during those times.
Standard economy shipping times are an average of 2-5 business days ranging from west coast to east coast respectively, with shorter shipping times available via premium shipping methods.
First of all, this is terrible news! However, should you be in this predicament your first step should always be to file a lost package claim or a package search with the respective shipping companies. This allows you to get ahead of the game as soon as possible! Each day that passes when a package is potentially lost is another day for the package to get.. well, more lost!

Once your claim is filed, please contact us and let us know of the situation. Once you contact us, after the claim is made, we can then begin a follow up through the shipping company to ensure we are covering all sides.
If the package is eventually deemed lost by the carrier, we can then re-ship the order for you or provide a refund, whichever you prefer.
